Only members of the same household should travel in the same vehicle. Do not participate in the drive thru if you or anyone in the household is exhibiting symptoms of COVID-19 or self isolating.
In the event of a medical emergency, please stay inside your vehicle if feasible, and contact Toronto Zoo Safety & Security at 416-392-5902 for emergency assistance.
If your vehicle breaks down on the route, do not get out of your vehicle. Call Toronto Zoo Safety & Security at 416-392-5902 and wait for assistance.
Vehicle dimensions must not exceed height of 7 feet and width of 9 feet. Motorcycles are not permitted on the drive thru route.
Please leave pets at home as they are not permitted on zoo grounds.
Please remain in your vehicle at all times. Keep all windows closed while on the drive thru route. For guest safety, all tailgate, van/car doors, and hatchbacks must remain closed at all times.
Please keep noise to a minimum, use of your horn is prohibited. Exhaust system must not emit excessive noise. We reserve the right to escort guests off of Zoo grounds if we determine excessive noise is produced by guests or their vehicles.
Follow the guided route and do not exceed the maximum speed limit of 5 km/h.
Obey all signs and staff direction.
Please help keep the zoo clean. Keep all waste or recyclables in your car and properly dispose of your trash in a trashcan or recycle container after leaving Zoo grounds. Be responsible stewards of the environment.
The Toronto Zoo is smoke and vaporizer free. Smoking of any kind is not permitted on zoo grounds including in your vehicle.
Alcohol is not permitted on zoo property. We reserve the right to escort guests off of zoo grounds if they are found to be disregarding our policies.

Ticket holder acknowledges all risks incidental to any activity or event for which this ticket is issued, and agrees to assume all such risks, and to hold the Board of Management of the Toronto Zoo (the Board), the City of Toronto and the Toronto and Region Conservation Authority harmless with respect to any damage or loss resulting therefrom. All ticket sales are final. The Board reserves the right to refuse admission by refunding the price appearing on this ticket and/or to expel from the premises any person who’s presence or conduct is deemed by the Board to be inappropriate or objectionable. Expulsion cancels this ticket and the holder thereupon forfeits all claims, including any claim to a refund of the ticket price. Alcohol, illegal drugs, weapons, dangerous objects, cameras, recording devices, clothes not being worn and bags or containers of any kind, may, in the discretion of the Board, be excluded from the premises. Ticket holder consents to a reasonable examination of his/her personal effects to ensure compliance. Tickets deemed lost, stolen or counterfeit will not be honoured. The ticket may not be re-sold or offered for resale by anyone without permission of the Board and may not be resold at a price exceeding its face value at any time. The ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion or any other trade purposes.
Note: Tickets are uniquely numbered for verification and logging at time of entry. Any attempt to gain a second entry with a reprinted or copied ticket will be rejected and may result in immediate investigation by venue Security personnel.

All our animals are on specialized diets, any additional food can seriously harm them, or provoke severe retaliation by more dominant animals.
Keeping the Wildlife “Wild”
DANGER! - please do not approach or feed any of the wild birds (geese, seagulls) or animals who live at the Zoo. Animals may become aggressive towards visitors and may bite if approached. Unauthorized contact with zoo animals may cause injury.
The following items are not allowed in the Zoo at any time
-frisbees, balls/footballs, illegal drugs or controlled substances, alcohol, firearms, fireworks, weapons, rollerblades/skates, skateboards, barbecues, radios, bicycles, tricycles, scooters or balloons.
Consumer Image Policy and Guest Awareness
During your visit today you may be filmed, taped or photographed by or on behalf of the Toronto Zoo. Your admission to the Zoo serves as your permission for use of your image by the Toronto Zoo. The commercial use of photographs, videos and film images of the Toronto Zoo is strictly prohibited without the full written consent of the Zoo.
